Integration
Fits how you already work
Not every operator can consume an API, and we would rather meet you where you are than make that your problem.
- REST API and webhooks
- Pre-advise shipments, receive status changes, reconcile at your leisure. Versioned, idempotent, and documented with a working sandbox.
- File-based fallback
- Manifest ingestion and status export over SFTP, for when an API integration is not on your roadmap this year.
- Tracking events you already speak
- Standard postal status events, so our lifecycle maps onto your existing track and trace rather than sitting beside it.
- Capacity you can see
- Live occupancy by compartment size and station, so a full network is something you plan around rather than discover.
- Terms that are parameters
- Storage windows, reminder cadence and fees are configuration, effective-dated per contract — not a change request.
- White-label throughout
- Under locker-as-a-service your recipients see your brand from the first message onward. Ours appears nowhere.
